OUTDOOR J-HOOKS
- Hot-dip galvanized, surface treated and double powder coated, thus resistant to all weather influences.
- The J-Hooks function as a storage space for barbells of any kind, provided they have an internal dimension of at least 125cm.
- They can be attached to the rack posts at different heights with a simple turning movement.
- This means that you have the correct starting position right from the start of an exercise in order to perform the movement in a physiologically correct manner and in a way that is gentle on your joints.
- This is absolutely essential, especially when doing squats and bench presses.
- The J-Hooks have a 23cm deep recess, which virtually eliminates the risk of missing them when putting them down and causing damage to your training equipment.
