R8-Nitro Standard Features

  • Depending on whether you're pulling with one or both handles, the pulley ratio of the Cable Pulley is either 1:2 or 1:1—based on the exercise.
  • The pulleys are 34-way height-adjustable and swivel for maximum versatility, while the rowing unit features a 6-position adjustable footrest to help you find your ideal setup.
  • Each weight sled offers a 21.5 cm sleeve length with a 30 mm sleeve diameter.
  • Adapters are included so you can train with both 30 mm and 50 mm weight plates.
  • If you don’t want to use the R8-Nitro Dual Pulley strictly as a Cable Pulley station, you can add J-Hooks and other attachments to the back—transforming it into a full Power Rack.
  • Prefer a more compact setup? Just place it flush against the wall to save space.
