If you don't want to use our R8-Nitro Dual Pulley with cable pulley exclusively as a Cable Pull, you can attach J-Hooks and other attachments to the back and expand it into a full Power Rack.
Otherwise, it can be placed directly against the wall to save space.

I have finally found my dream combo!!! I was looking for a way to combine cable pull and jammer arms in one solution. I searched for many months and never found a product that allowed both, was affordable and had a certain quality. Until I came across the R8 Nitro. The additional columns made it possible for me to attach separate R8 jammer arms (there is also a review of this). And I am thrilled! It is a MONSTER! Not only do I feel safe during training, but I also feel like I am using a studio device. The Jammer Arms and the R8-Nitro also gave me the opportunity to buy a full-body multi-trainer (review is also available) with a budget of 2100€. My overall impressions: + Top customer service, over 20 questions always answered in a friendly, competent manner and within 24 hours. + The rack doesn't look as impulsive in the pictures as it is in reality. You immediately get the feeling of standing in front of a studio device. + The cable pull works really well and also offers the option of setting when tension is applied to the cable. The rollers make a very solid impression and run smoothly and evenly. - No tools were included. - Operating instructions are just exploded instructions and the links or QR code provided lead to nothing. Tips I would like to give you: Used in construction: 1x A ratchet or also called a wrench. 1x one matching 17mm and 19mm socket each. 1x And a 17mm and 19mm wrench each. Use your common sense, you can determine which screw is the right one by thinking about it and counting, even without an instruction manual. First, build both towers, but make sure that you don't screw the two sled rods tight yet. You should only screw the two sled rods tight once you can attach them at the top and bottom. I recommend starting at the bottom. Make sure that the sled is also at the bottom so that it pushes the rods apart to the right width. When you're at the top, move the sled up as far as possible. This will ensure that the rods remain the same width as the sled itself. Grease the rods with WD40. Even if they are brand new, they could have dirt on them from assembly, transport or storage. It also improves the sliding properties. After I greased my rods, the slide just flew over them. I hope everyone has a lot of fun with this device and a good, safe workout. I can only recommend Atletica and will buy more from them!
