- Thanks to their low weight, our nylon single-hand grips can be taken anywhere and used, for example, in combination with resistance bands
- Not least for that reason, they're especially well suited for thorough warm-ups and for stimulating the rotator cuff before training
- They're also compatible with all types of cable pulley units
- Since they come in pairs, you can freely choose between unilateral and bilateral exercises during your training
- You can perform both pulling exercises (like rows) and pressing exercises (like flys) with them
- The extremely robust nylon straps easily withstand loads of up to 100 kg
