  • Once bolted to a solid wall, the R8-Nitro Dual Pulley Station stands firm—solid as a rock.

R8-Nitro Standard Features

  • At the core of this setup are the two cable pulley stations, each equipped with two handles.
  • Two users can train simultaneously without interference.
  • Depending on the exercise and whether you're using one or both handles, the pulley ratio is either 1:2 or 1:1.
  • The 34-position height-adjustable, swiveling pulleys and the 6-position adjustable footrest on the rowing unit make it easy to dial in your ideal setup.
  • Each weight sled features a 21.5 cm sleeve length and a 30 mm sleeve diameter.
  • With the included adapters, the R8-Nitro Dual Pulley works with both 30 mm and 50 mm plates.
  • A pull-up bar comes standard with the R8-Nitro Dual Pulley Cable Pulley.
