The R8 lat pulldown with plug-in weights from Atletica
- The 125 kg weights of the lat pulldown are distributed over 25 weight levels of 5 kg each
- A finer adjustment to 2.5 kg steps is possible by using optionally available weight pins
- The pulley ratio is 1:1 - the weight on the sled is fully transferred to the handle
- The modular Cable Cross can be attached to any R8 Power Rack or simply to two Uprights of the R8 series
R8 lat pulldown basic equipment
- Attached directly to the squat rack, the total depth is just 88 cm
- When using a 4-post rack, the uprights with 42 cm crossbar, 76 cm crossbars or 106 cm crossbars can be used
- The pull-up bar is 225 cm high and can be shortened or extended in height using the chain provided
- The shelves for the weight plates have a diameter of 50 mm
- However, adapters are also included that can adjust this diameter to 30 mm weights if required
