Two EXO Arms. Every line of pull.

• 180° horizontal in seven positions, 90° vertical in seven positions – 49 angle combinations per side
• Turns a fixed pulley point into a fully adjustable cable crossover

NOTE: For cable training, mark 32 on the upright is the highest permitted position for the EXO Arms. The position at the very top of the upright shown in the product images is the storage position – it gives you maximum room to move on the Smith machine and during free barbell lifts.
