R7 Nemesis Multi-Station and Lat Pulldown Combo from Atletica for Deadlifts and Pull-Ups

  • Equipped with a squat rack, Smith machine and plate-loaded cable station for lat pulldowns, J-hooks, safety spotter arms, pull-up bar and a deadlift station.
  • Compact footprint.
  • The B4 Bench (as shown in the demo video) and the X-Bench are designed for the R7 Nemesis. Benches with longer backrests may limit some exercises (like incline or shoulder press).  You may need to slide the bench seat-first into the rack for better range of motion.
  • The deadlift station has safety straps for maximum control and minimal noise.
  • The R7 Nemesis comes close to almost replacing a four-post Power Rack.  Perform guided squats, bench presses and lat pulldowns all in one setup.
  • The forward-mounted Pull-Up Bar lets you do pull-ups in front of the rack.
  • The R7 Half Rack was developed in Germany using the latest production technology from laser cut steel, robotic welds and double powder coating down to the heavy-duty rust-proof Würth screws.

  • 70 mm square tubes, 2.5 mm thick contribute to the rack's solid weight and unmatched stability.
  • The R7 Nemesis Rack has enough space to fit a weight bench inside the rack and make the most of the space you have.
  • Available in two height options: 203 cm for lower ceilings or 223 cm standard height.
  • Rubberized feet protect you floor from damage and add to its overall stability.

Additional Half-Rack Features

  • The R7 includes performance J-hooks with a 1100 kg load capacity per pair.
  • Both the top and bottom of the J-hooks feature a hard plastic protective layer that shields the barbell from contact damage.
  • The 17 cm deep cradle of the J-Hooks gives you a wide, secure target when re-racking the bar.
  • The safety spotter arms, with a load capacity of 350 kg per pair, safely catch the bar when a lift fails and are ideal for bottom-up squats or rack pulls.
  • Linear bearings on the Smith machine ensure the bar moves smoothly and consistently with less friction rep after rep.
