• The 42cm length of this crossbar and the 7.5cm width of each upright result in a total depth of 57cm for our R8 racks.
• This 42cm long version is therefore ideal for small home gyms. However, training inside the cage is not entirely possible for most people.
• In this case, it is advisable to purchase our front foot stabilizers to enable training in front of the half rack without the risk of tipping over.
• More often, however, this short version of our crossbars is used to extend a power rack of four uprights to a 6-post system.
• This not only increases the stability of the rack, but also gives you more options for attaching attachments such as weight pins, allowing you to store weight plates on the rack in a space-saving manner.
