High load capacity thanks to solid wooden construction

• The ATLETICA Plyo Box uses extra thick 15 mm chipboard
• These comply with the DIN EN 312 standard in grade P6 (load-bearing and heavy-duty)
• Training is also possible with heavy weights on the Plyo Box, for example with Weighted Dumbbell Lunges
• The robust wooden construction withstands deformation and breakage over the years

More exercise variety due to the dimensions

• When doing jumping exercises, every centimeter counts - our Plyo Box allows a maximum jumping height of 76 cm
• The width is 60 cm, which is enough to make it almost impossible to miss
• For a lower level of difficulty, the box can simply be turned to one of its other sides
• Depending on the level of training and the exercise, you can choose between heights of 76, 60 and 50 cm
• The large jumping surface allows jumps with slightly spread legs, such as sumo squat jumps with hip bands
• The box can also be used in the flat position as a base for hip thrusts

Special coating for increased grip

• The neoprene/mesh cover offers you a grip comparable to rubber, and is completely odorless
• This way you will feel safe with every jump!
• The high weight of 20 kg prevents the Plyo Box from slipping during jumps with a lot of energy

No risk of injury

• The ATLETICA Plyo Box is equipped with additional foam insulation under the neoprene layer
• Typical shin abrasions on the wooden edges are significantly reduced
• We only use screws as composite material for the ATLETICA Plyo Box (no nails)
• The zipper makes it easy to remove and clean the cover - there is no risk of injury as it is not exposed

Assembly instructions: The Plyobox is delivered in individual parts and must be assembled and covered with the neoprene cover before use. Two people are recommended. Time required approx. 30 minutes.
