Basic Set for Beginners

  • Five kettlebells are included: 8 kg, 12 kg, 16 kg, 20 kg and 24 kg 
  • 4 kg weight increments for a broad and practical training range from warm-ups to functional and strength exercises.
  • Begin with 8 kg kettlebell swings to develop posterior-chain strength, progress to 16 kg goblet squats for lower-body and core training and use the 20 kg and 24 kg kettlebells for loaded carries such as farmer’s walks and other strength movements.
  • As your strength grows, you can upgrade to the ATLETICA Muscle & Power Kettlebell Set.
