Basic set for beginners

• Five kettlebells in 8 kg, 12 kg, 16 kg, 20 kg and 24 kg included
• The weights are chosen with 4 kg spacing, ideal to cover a wide weight spectrum
• With this basic set you can perform a variety of warm-up, functional and strength exercises
• Start with 8 kg kettlebell swings as a workout for the lower back muscles and work up to 16 kg with goblin squats for the thighs and core
• You can use the 20 kg and 24 kg kettlebells for strength exercises in the Farmers Walk and Kettlebell Pulls
• If that's not enough, you can take it to the next level with our ATLETICA Kettlebell "Muscle & Power" set. Ideal as a later upgrade.
