Our curl bar is equipped with the best physical protection: a hard chrome coating

• This provides the highest level of protection against corrosion, scratches and other damage
• In comparison, a normal chrome finish is usually a very thin layer that is applied by electroplating
• The focus here is primarily on the elegant, silver look and less on surface protection - this thin layer is not designed for continuous use and accumulates signs of wear over time, which in turn can lead to rust spots
  
• Hard chrome is about four times more durable than normal chrome - the extra cost more than pays for itself over the years

• Our L4 SZ bar uses a total of ten ball bearings, which allow the weight plate holders to rotate smoothly, even under heavy loads
  
• The ball bearings are equipped with a dust protection so that no dirt can penetrate and they do not need to be cleaned regularly
• Our SZ bar weighs 9.5 kg and has a handle diameter of 28 mm
• The knurling can be classified as medium sharp and offers sufficient grip without feeling too aggressive on the skin
• The approximately 80 cm long grip area is curved, as is typical for SZ bars - this allows you not only different grip widths, but also different grip angles
• The diameter of the 19 cm long weight plate holders is 50 mm and is therefore compatible with all commercially available weight plates with a hole diameter of 50 mm
