• Hold a gripper plate in each hand and walk a certain distance. This exercise strengthens your forearms, shoulders, back and core muscles

Gripper Plate Overhead Hold:

• Hold a gripper plate above your head while standing upright - this exercise trains your shoulders, arms and core

Gripper Plate Russian Twists:

• Sit on the floor and hold a gripper plate in both hands. Lean back slightly and twist your upper body from side to side to train your oblique abdominal muscles

Gripper Plate Hammer Curls:

• Hold a gripper plate in each hand held at your sides and perform hammer curls - this exercise targets the biceps and forearm muscles
