Versatile Beyond the Barbell

Thanks to the grip holes, Dual Grip Plates double as a tool for bodyweight exercises and a dumbbell substitute after your barbell work.

  • Set includes: 2 x 2.5 kg, 2 x 5 kg, 2 x 10 kg, 2 x 20 kg.
  • Fully ergonomic horizontal grips for secure handling.
  • Works for both strength training and bodyweight exercises and keeps your wrists neutral during functional lifts.

  • Premium high-grade rubber: impact-resistant, long-lasting, low-odor and free from harmful substances, with TÜV REACH certification.

Versatile Training Options

  • Dual-grip plates are great for bench press, squats and, thanks to the handles, a wide range of other strength exercises and workouts.
