  • Base Layer (3 mm coarse granulate): Soft, shock-absorbing, sound-dampening, and highly elastic.
  • The lower layer is ultra-clean and dye-free, leaving no residue or marks on parquet, tile, or laminate flooring.
  • Compatible with underfloor heating.

Built for High-Performance Home Gyms and Professional Studios

  • Engineered for moderate strength training and bodyweight work (perfect for compact gyms, hotels, schools, personal training setups and rehab facilities).
  • Also tough enough for outdoor training areas.
  • Available in two sizes: 50 x 50 cm or 100 x 100 cm.
  • The 100 x 100 cm version minimizes seams, making it ideal for larger spaces, while the 50 x 50 cm version is easier to fit around tight corners and smaller floor plans.

Step-by-Step Installation Instructions

  1. Safety first: Wear suitable work gloves to avoid cuts.
  2. Choose the right tool: A sharp carpet or utility knife and a straight edge work best.
  3. Prep the cutting surface: Work on a flat and level surface. Use cardboard or something similar under the mat to protect the cutting surface.
  4. Measure and mark: Use a chalk line or lightly score the surface to mark where you'll cut.
  5. Carefully cut: Line up your straight edge and press firmly as you cut through the mat in one smooth motion. Gently pull the cut pieces apart to reduce friction. Repeat until the blade cuts all the way through. If needed, apply a little soapy water to the blade for smoother cutting—just be careful to maintain control.
  6. Seal the gaps: If needed, cover any large gaps with black tape to prevent dust and dirt from getting in.
