Pure rubber - no foam
- Outstanding material properties
- Expertly tested by the largest German testing institute
- Low odor - The rubber granulate consists of 20% new industrial rubber and 80% recycled rubber
- The granulate is compressed with high density and enables an above-average impact and sound protection of the floor even with only 10mm thickness
- Suitable for underfloor heating
Suitable for weight drops up to a maximum of 30 kg/cm2 from a height of 50 cm
- Ideal for small home gyms or commercial facilities such as hotels, sports clubs, physiotherapy practices, personal trainer facilities
- Cutting possible with a carpet knife
Absolute hold - puzzle connection
- The corners close flush and allow the feeling of continuous and uninterrupted floor protection
- Unlike foam/artificial materials, the puzzle locking corners do not deform or curl over time due to impact or weight
- Each floor protection mat is delivered with two end pieces so that even angled or narrow floor areas can be laid
- Loose laying possible on all solid surfaces
Step-by-step instructions for cutting and laying the floor protection mats:
- Safety First: Wear suitable work gloves to avoid cuts.
- Choosing the right tool: a sharp carpet or utility knife and a guide rail.
- The surface should be flat and level. Additionally, you should use cardboard boxes, for example, to protect the floor.
- Measure precisely and mark the area to be cut with chalk or lightly scratch it with a knife.
- Place the blade on the guide rail and pull the knife forcefully through the mat without lifting it. The cut should be made in one motion, and the pressure applied should be even. Repeat this process until the mat is completely cut through. As you cut, spread the mat apart gradually to reduce friction. If necessary, moisten the blade slightly with soapy water to allow for better gliding. However, keep in mind that this also increases the risk of slipping.
- Any gaps between the mats can simply be covered with black tape to prevent dust and dirt from getting in.
