Wide and deep for a high back span

• With a width of 117 cm
• This allows for a comfortable training feeling without being restricted
• The 56 cm depth allows a natural inclined position of the body when pulling up without touching the wall
• The tube diameter of 32 mm is ideal for a firm grip

Rotates 180° for low ceiling heights:

• The Multi-Grip Bar can be rotated downwards for low ceiling heights
• This means that the pull-up bar can be attached to the highest point of the ceiling and still allows a full pull-up up to the chin

Multi-Grip Bar can be used in many ways:

• The design of the Multi-Grip Bar allows you to attach a TRX sling trainer or punching bag without having to use snap hooks
• Due to the comfortable width of the pull-up bar, these do not have to be removed in most cases and can be used in parallel during training

Expansion dowel and screw set included in delivery:

• 6 x high-quality metal expansion dowels (no plastic dowels) included
• Allows for firm anchoring but also later removal from the wall
