The Short Bar is only 1200 mm long—compact and perfect for small spaces. Despite its size, it has the durability and features of full-size barbells. Due to its length, it’s not designed for rack work.

2. Is the Short Bar rackable?

No. With an 82.5 cm internal length, it doesn’t fit standard racks. It does fit smaller setups like our Preacher Curl Bench.

3. Which exercises are the Short Bar best suited for?

Its short length and centered balance make it great for wobble-free curls, lying triceps extensions, front raises, and upright rows. It’s also great for beginners practicing complex lifts like the snatch.
