• The safety spotters mounted on the power rack serve as storage.
• Plastic protectors prevent damage to the power rack. They can be replaced if necessary.
• The lever arms can be moved along the R8 Upright, fixed at 32 height points with 2 safety pins and thus adapted to dozens of exercises and almost any body size.
• Our R8 Jammer Arms do not need to be removed from the power rack to adjust the height.
