- Jammer Arms are a practical and versatile attachment that adds a variety of exercise options to your R8 Power Rack
- The Jammer Arms can be used to imitate studio equipment such as a chest or shoulder press
- You can also perform pulling movements like the Bent Over Row and train your legs with lunges, deadlifts or squats
- Different grip positions for comfort and variability during the numerous training options
- The exercise with Jammer Arms is performed on a fixed movement path
- This prevents cheating, which means the target muscles are hit more effectively and the joints are less stressed even when training with heavy weights
- Due to the isolation exercise possibilities, training with Jammer Arms is also ideal for balancing muscular imbalances
- The Safety Spotters mounted on the Power Rack serve as storage
- Plastic protectors prevent damage to the power rack
- The lever arms can be moved along the R8 Upright, fixed at 32 height points with 2 safety pins and thus adapted to dozens of exercises and almost any body size
