• A rowing stroke consists of the two phases “pull through” and “roll forward”
• The power is generated approximately 60% from the legs and 20% each from the upper body and arms
• In the display position, your legs are bent, your lower legs vertical, your arms stretched and your upper body is slightly leaning forward
• Now you start the pull through by stretching your legs
• From the middle of the punch, swing your upper body backwards and when your legs are stretched, pull your arms to the lower chest, moving your elbows past your body
• The pre-rolling takes place in reverse order of movement and takes about twice as long as the pull-through

• The resistance depends on your effort: the harder you pull, the faster the wind turbine rotates and the higher the air resistance
