While the PRO round barbells were specifically developed for professional studio use, the RND PRO Set 1 | Beginner offers the perfect foundation for starting your training. The set includes pairs of weights: 2.5 kg, 5 kg, 7.5 kg, 10 kg, and 12.5 kg. Ideally graduated to gradually increase strength.
