While the PRO round dumbbells were developed specifically for professional gym use, the RND PRO Set 1 | Beginner offers you the perfect foundation for getting started with training. The set includes weight pairs of 2.5 kg, 5 kg, 7.5 kg, 10 kg, and 12.5 kg. Ideally graduated for gradual gains in strength.
