• Not only does it offer enough freedom of movement so you can perform all exercises without restriction inside the cage, it also allows a second person to train in front of the Squat Rack at the same time
• The square base and the side holes in the uprights are essential when you want to mount and use certain attachments on the side

R8-Slate Power Cage Basic Equipment

• In addition to the Jammer Arms, the basic equipment of the Power Rack also includes highly durable nylon Safety Straps, a Double Bar Holder, and four Weight Pins
• A pair of J-Hooks and a Pull-Up Bar with medium-sharp knurling are included as standard with our models
• The Safety Straps serve as a safety catch
• If, after a heavy set, you can no longer place the weight back on the J-Hooks under your own power, you simply lower it onto the nylon straps
• This way you can, for example, quite accurately recreate a chest press and other expensive machines from the gym and bring their benefits into your own four walls
• The Bar Holder can hold two barbells vertically and, like the four included Weight Pins that serve to store weight plates, keeps things organized and provides quick access to all the equipment needed for your full-body training

Full-Body Training with the Squat Rack

• With the Jammer Arms you can perform guided exercises, since they are movably mounted in only one direction and run exclusively radially
• In addition to minimizing the risk of injury, they also serve a second function. They can be used for Rack Pulls and other exercises that require setting the weight down after each repetition
• This is the case, among others, with Deadlifts. Rack Pulls are an effective and floor-friendly alternative and feel considerably more comfortable on the flexible Safety Straps than on rigid metal safety catches

• The R8-Slate is 123 cm wide and thus ideally suited for the use of all standard barbells with an inside width of 131 cm
• It can be expanded as needed with beneficial attachments such as a Lat Pulldown or Cable Pulley Station to create more exercise variety in your back workout
