HOT-DIP GALVANIZED - BEST PROTECTION AGAINST ALL WEATHER INFLUENCES

• A pure powder coating is sprayed onto the metal from the outside. It is not possible to coat the inside of the metal.
• Hot-dip galvanizing protects our outdoor equipment from corrosion both inside and out.
• Hot-dip galvanizing involves dipping steel into a bath of molten zinc to create a corrosion-resistant, multi-layer coating of zinc-iron alloy and zinc metal.
• A metallurgical reaction takes place between the iron in the steel and the molten zinc.
• In the immersion bath, a more rust and weather-resistant layer is created not only on the outside of the metal, but also on the inside.

R8 JADE - GREAT EXERCISE VARIETY IN THE SMALLEST SPACE

• The R8 Jade offered here is a space-saving outdoor half rack with two uprights and a triangle pull-up bar. Thanks to a steel tube profile of 75x75x3mm, it is extremely stable.
• On a training area with minimal space requirements, you can perform all the classic barbell exercises such as squats, bench presses and shoulder presses outdoors.
• R8 Jade comes with J-hooks and a triangle pull-up bar. Safety spotter arms, a dip bar and weight pins are available as options. We recommend our gripper plates as outdoor training weights.
• Thanks to the modular concept, almost all expansion stages of our popular R8 series are also available for outdoor use, from the half and wall rack to the 6-post power rack, as well as a variety of add-on parts.

STABLE ON ANY GROUND

• Thanks to different anchoring options, our outdoor devices can be used on any surface.
• On solid surfaces such as concrete, fastening is carried out using M12 bolt anchors.
• On unpaved surfaces such as grass, earth and gravel, the Magma, MagmaPro and Outdoor Squat power racks can be stabilized using our Skid Plates.
• To anchor Jade (Half Rack) and JadeWall (Wall Rack), point foundations must be poured and our M12 bolt anchors must be used. Alternatively, our ground anchors can be used.
