• The R7 Foldable Wall Rack is a wall-mounted half rack that can be folded up in just a few easy steps after training and stored as close to the wall as possible.
• When folded, the rack measures just 13.7cm in depth. This saves you a lot of space and allows you to optimally use the available training space for other exercises.
• The slim design makes it ideal for use in temporary training areas, such as in the living area, in the office or in a physiotherapy clinic, as well as in all training rooms with limited space.
• Thanks to the hinge and bolt system, it is not only extremely stable, but can also be folded from training mode to rest mode in a short time.
• All you have to do is remove the two bolts on the pull-up bar and fold both posts towards the wall.
• Made from solid 11-gauge steel, the rack offers almost the same stability and functionality as our R7 Half Racks. The profile of the uprights (7x7cm) and the inner and outer dimensions (108 and 122cm) are identical.
• Basic exercises such as squats, bench presses, shoulder presses and barbell rowing can also be performed with heavy weight, as the maximum load capacity is 500 kg.
• The barbell racks can be adjusted to 27 laser-engraved height points (low version 24 positions).
• Due to the compatibility with our optional R7 add-on parts , the exercise spectrum of the R7 Wall Rack can be expanded in many ways.
• These include jammer arms and safety spotters, a dip station, a landmine trainer and dumbbell racks. A pull-up bar is included in the scope of delivery of the R7 Wall Rack.
• Also included are robust, multi-edged stringers for wall hanging with a width of 140cm.
• Rubberized feet protect the floor and allow the R7 Wall Rack to be folded in and out freely.
