- You can easily attach the upper reel holder like a J-Hook or Safety Spotter Arm
- The weight carriage rests on a high-strength pin in the resting position and can be loaded as easily as a barbell
- There are two side weight holders available for this purpose, which accommodate weight plates with a hole diameter of 50 mm
- The maximum load capacity is 250 kg
- 3 ball bearing guide rollers guarantee an almost frictionless sliding movement of the weight carriage on the upright of your power rack

Practice options
- With exercises such as lat pull-downs and pullovers, you can strengthen your broad back muscle, the latissimus
- Single arm lat pulldowns are a good supplementary exercise to feel the lat pulldown movement even more intensely and to specifically stimulate the latissimus.
