Rack Accessories with Heavy-Duty Safety Spotter Arms

• The R7 comes standard with heavy-duty safety spotter arms (rated up to 350 kg per pair, space-saving 47 cm length from the upright) and Performance J-cups (rated up to 1100 kg per pair)
• The J-cups have a hard plastic liner on both the top and bottom, so your barbell stays protected even if it accidentally hits the J-cups from below
• The 17 cm deep cradle of the J-cups gives you a secure, hard-to-miss target when you re-rack the barbell
• The safety spotter arms reliably catch the weight if you can no longer complete the rep
• They also work great for bottom-up squats and rack pulls
