The most important things in summary:

• Lightweight, robust and easy to handle
• The attachment is done similarly to our J-Hooks by a rotating movement
• The two dip bars are each attached to an upright of one of our R5 racks
• All existing holes can be used so that the correct starting position can always be set regardless of body size
• Depending on the space available, the dip bars can be used both on the outside and inside of the power rack.
• When not in use, they can be removed and stowed away in just a few easy steps
• The 2 mm steel thickness allows a high weight load of up to 200 kg and thus not only exercises with body weight, but also with additional weight
• The handles are covered with foam rubber and offer a good grip - their diameter is 28 mm and their distance from each other is about 64 cm

A must for every chest, shoulder and triceps workout:

• Dips are an essential part of a holistic chest workout
• They activate the chest muscles from a different angle than the (inclined) bench press and are superior to the negative bench press in many ways
• Not only is the set-up significantly less time-consuming, but the target muscles can also be trained more intensively
• While negative bench presses require a training partner to overcome your own performance limits, eccentric training can be completed alone and safely at a dip station
• This means that after complete muscle fatigue occurs, you can continue to perform the negative part of the movement
• If you jump into the support position, your strength should be sufficient to lower yourself slowly and in a controlled manner several times in a row
• This eccentric work forces the muscle to adapt, become stronger and grow
