• Instead of fully disassembling the dumbbell like with traditional models, simply loosen the knurled screw by about 2 cm. 
• Each plate is secured with two safety pins in a tongue-and-groove style connection, preventing rattling, shifting, or accidental plate movement.
  
• The 20 kg QUAD version comes with eight 2 kg plates and two 1 kg plates per dumbbell. This allows you to adjust your training weight in 2 kg increments, ranging from 4 kg up to 20 kg.
  
• Steel handles with diamond knurling provide a firm, reliable grip during every set. 
  
• A black powder coating completes the clean, modern look. 
• The square design prevents rolling, ideal for exercises like Renegade Rows where stability is crucial.
