• The R8 wall rack measures only 27.5cm in depth. Nevertheless, it allows you to have a full workout.
• The distance to the wall is large enough to load bumper plates onto the barbell on the rack and to do bench presses on a weight bench, for example.
• The width is 123cm, identical to that of our R8 Power Racks, making it ideal for use with all standard barbells with an internal dimension of 131cm.
• This means you can perform all exercises with free weights, such as squats, just like on a power rack with four posts.
• Screwed into a suitable wall, it is in no way inferior to the 4- or 6-post systems in terms of stability.

Can be used outdoors and in apartments or garages

• The zinc-plated steel is suitable for outdoor use.
• The R8 wall rack can also be used in apartments, provided the walls are sufficiently solid.
• Unlike the power racks in our R8 series, the feet are not equipped with rubber protectors.
• If the wall rack is not mounted floating on the wall, we recommend using one of our floor protection mats if the surface is sensitive.
• In the case of a garage, it is often necessary to quickly create space to accommodate a car.
• Our B1 and B8 weight benches are particularly suitable for this, as they can be set up vertically and cleared out of the way without much effort or time due to their standing function.

Equipment and expandability

• In addition to the J-hooks, which can support up to 450 kg, a pull-up bar is also included in the delivery.
• This has medium-sharp knurling and offers you an excellent grip during your back training.
• It can also be mounted at different heights and even downwards on the rack, so you can reduce the overall height from 241 to 228cm.
• If required, additional attachments can be purchased. The wall rack is compatible with all attachments in our R8 series.
• You can increase the functionality and variety of exercises even further by using spotter arms or a core rotation trainer.
