• Our pin-and-pipe safety systems are a simple but reliable safety system for training with a barbell, such as bench presses and squats
• It protects you from heavy weights in case of muscle fatigue or an accidental slipping of the barbell and thus from possible injuries
• Especially when training without the help of a training partner, emergency rests of this or similar types are indispensable in order to train close to your own performance limit without having to compromise on safety.
• The Pin Pipe Safety Bars are made of solid round steel with a diameter of 25 mm and are therefore compatible with all our R8 racks
• They are simply pushed into the holes of the uprights at the desired height
• A safety pin prevents them from accidentally slipping out
• The equally robust steel tubes, with a thickness of 3 mm and a diameter of 45 mm, enclose the round steel and increase the maximum load capacity to 450 kg per pair
