Diverse grip and training options:

• Large version: length 76 cm and height 13 cm
• Smaller version: length 53 cm and height 12 cm
• Both can be used not only as described above, but also the other way around
• For dual pulleys whose rope sleds are as far apart as the multihook bars are long, you can hook the two carabiners into the holes of the multihook bar
• The middle hole on the opposite side now hangs down. You can now attach any handle to it, such as a triceps rope, a triceps bar or a wide lat pulldown handle
• You have easily converted the 1:2 ratio of your dual pulley into a 1:1 ratio and can now train with higher weights
