- Add two Single Handles to unlock a wide range of grip widths—no need for multiple fixed bars.
- Each side of the Multihook Bar (depending on the version) features 8 or 12 attachment points for carabiners.
- When used with swivel carabiners, you can rotate freely between supinated, pronated, or neutral grips—expanding your training options even further.
Different Versions and Ways to Use It
- We offer this multifunctional tool in two versions.
- Both Multihook Bars are made of 1 cm thick stainless steel and precision-cut using high-accuracy laser technology.
- Large version: length 76 cm and height 13 cm
- Smaller version: length 53 cm and height 12 cm
- Both can be used not only as described above, but also the other way around
- For Dual Pulley machines with cable sleds spaced as far apart as the Multihook Bar’s length, attach each cable to one end of the bar. The center hole on the opposite side will hang downward—perfect for connecting a tricep rope, tricep bar, or wide lat pulldown handle.
- This setup lets you convert your pulley system from a 1:2 to a 1:1 ratio—so you can move more weight and get more out of every rep.
