• This was additionally finished with a resistant chrome layer - protection against scratches and wear
• Tensile strength tested to 190,000 PSI
• Both 17.5 cm long disc holders can be fully loaded without the bar even coming close to reaching the limits of its maximum load capacity
• The L1 can withstand high loads without permanently deforming and thus meets the demands of even the strongest athletes
• High-quality ball bearings allow for smooth and controlled rotation of the weight plates , which is extremely gentle on the wrists
• In addition, they are provided with a dust protection so that no dirt can penetrate and the inside of the rod does not have to be constantly cleaned

Inner dimensions are 14 cm and are suitable for both small and large hands

• This version of our L1 is 52 cm long and weighs about 6 kg
  
• The medium-sharp knurling provides an excellent grip, so that slipping of the bar is almost impossible
• However, it does not feel too aggressive or uncomfortable on the skin
• The handle diameter is 25 mm and the diameter of the weight plate holders is 50 mm
• This means that all standard weight plates with a hole diameter of 50 mm can be used
• We also offer the L1 dumbbell bar in sets with Iron Plates - these are particularly suitable for loading due to their low thickness
