• B2 LegMaster is an attachment for the B2 weight bench , which allows you to do effective, versatile leg training
• The targeted strain on the quadriceps when stretching the legs and the hamstrings when bending the legs – lying down or standing – enables isolated training of these muscle groups

Crossover cable pull is the heart of this Multistation

• The ball-bearing pulleys ensure smooth precision in all exercises
• With a pulley ratio of 1:1, the guide rollers deliver exactly the resistance you selected on the weight block
• On the one hand, it is possible to use both cables separately for exercises such as cable flys, bicep curls, tricep pushdowns, rear delt flys, lateral raises or Pallof press.
• On the other hand, you can also use the included dual pull bar to connect both cable pulls together and perform exercises such as lat pulldowns, seated rowing, cable deadlifts or cable squats

Smith Machine with 50 mm barbell included

• With the Smith Machine and the integrated Olympic barbell, you can train many muscle groups without the need for a free barbell
• Professionals can train safely on the Smith Bar, even with heavy weights, just like in the gym, because the bar can be placed on one of the 11 pins or the height-adjustable safety racks at any time
• The simplified movement sequence on the Smith Machine offers beginners the opportunity to learn challenging exercises, such as incline bench or shoulder presses, squats or deadlifts, with a minimized risk of injury
