This studio-level power station can be expanded into a true all-in-one machine thanks to unique attachments.

Including smart device holder and extensive accessories

• There is an adjustable smart device holder for smartphones or tablets on the upper rear crossbar.
• This way you can easily access the ATLETICA training app and optimise your training with over 600 workouts with audio and video instructions.
• Accessories included: 2x dual pull bar (1x straight, 1x SZ-shaped), short pull and curl bar, J-hooks, safety spotter, dip bars, parallel rowing handle, triceps rope, foot loop, extension chain, low row foot plate, vertical holder for an Olympic barbell, horizontal storage system for the pull bars behind the power station.

Multistation – Counterbalanced and linearly mounted

• The barbell of the Multistation is counterbalanced, i.e. it is equipped with counterweights so that the bar is “weightless” without weight plates.
• This makes it much easier to adjust it to the correct training height and to determine the training weight precisely.
• The barbell is made of stainless steel and is compatible with ø30 and ø50mm weight plates thanks to removable adapter sleeves.
• Thanks to laser-cut hooks, the medium-sharp knurled Smith Bar can be positioned safely and precisely on the stainless steel shelf after the last repetition.
• The guide rods are also made of stainless steel and the Multistation has high-quality linear bearings for a friction-free training experience at studio level.
• Includes band pegs for the use of resistance bands and variable load curves.

Dual cable pull with 2x 90kg plug-in weights

• The weight gradation of the two 90kg blocks is in 5kg increments and the pulley ratio of the cable pull is 2:1.
• This allows an incremental increase in training weight of 2.5kg at a time, which is particularly advantageous when training smaller muscle groups.
• 180 degree swivel double roller system with galvanized handle, easy to adjust to different heights.
• 22 positions for the perfect training height for every exercise. The holes are numbered by laser cut.
• Ball-bearing aluminum pulleys ensure silky smooth operation. They are mounted almost concealed and blend seamlessly into the design of the device.

Power Rack for intensive free weight training

• The front uprights made of stainless steel are resistant to scratches and impacts, permanently rust-free and contribute to the elegant appearance.
• The profile dimensions of the posts are 70x50mm with a material thickness of 3mm.
  The total load capacity of the rack element is 500kg, so training with heavy weights is possible.
• J-hooks and safety spotters are included and can be positioned at 35 different heights - for every exercise and body size.
• The external dimensions of the front uprights are 124cm, the internal dimensions are 110cm, suitable for all standard Olympic barbells.
• 3 different pull-up handles are available for pull-ups, calisthenics exercises and intensive abdominal muscle training. The handles are covered with a high-quality rubber coating, which ensures a secure grip.

Optional accessories

Belt squat attachment (optional)

• Belt squats offer the same intensity as classic squats, but are much easier on the back.
• The attachment is simply placed on the rear crossbar and secured with a quick-release fastener. After training, it can be folded up to save space and secured with a bolt.
• The lever arm is 120cm long and made of a 70x50mm steel profile with a material thickness of 3mm. Compatible with all ⌀50mm weight plates (including bumper plates).

Hip Thrust / Nordic Curl Attachment (optional)

• This attachment is mounted to the front uprights of the Hellraiser power station using a pin and locking lever.
• Hip thrusts are a very effective exercise for training the hamstrings, but also the glutes, quadriceps and lower back.
• The athlete lies with his shoulders on the raised pad and the barbell with weights above his pelvis. The weight is moved upwards by a vertical hip thrust.
• The attachment is also ideal for Nordic hamstring curls.
• In this exercise for the back of the thighs (hamstrings), the heels are clamped under the padded rolls and the upper body is raised up from a push-up position using only the strength of the back of the thighs.
• Hip thrusts and Nordic hamstring curls ensure a balanced relationship between the abdominal and gluteal muscles, as well as the leg extensors and leg flexors.

Hellraiser Jammer Arms (optional)

• Designed so that the cables run past them and the guide rollers can be positioned above and below the jammer arms.
• The cable pulls can be hooked into the Jammer Arms, allowing both pulling and pushing exercises to be performed with the plug-in weights.
• This brings the great advantage of a linear load curve with Jammer Arms, so that studio equipment such as a chest press, a shoulder press or a lat pulldown machine can be imitated.
