- With a diameter of 42 cm, even the two largest plates weighing 20 kg and 25 kg are 3 cm more compact than conventional bumper plates.
- They are also significantly thinner than their rubberized counterparts without grip holes, allowing a larger number of them to be loaded onto barbells and weight pins.
