The Stride uses a magnetic resistance system with separately mounted ball bearings for smooth and quiet movement. With 32 resistance levels, you can quickly go from a moderate to a very intense workout.

Yes, with the flywheel located in the front, the Stride needs about 20 cm less space at the back than conventional cross trainers, making it perfect for compact training spaces.
