- Our Bumper Bar can be gripped with both an underhand and overhand grip, making it suitable for both biceps and triceps exercises
- You can also perform pullovers and rowing exercises with it
- The built-in swivel joint prevents your wrists from having to rotate along during the exercise
- This relieves them to a high degree
- The grip area features medium-sharp knurling that provides very good grip while not feeling uncomfortable in your hand
- Each of the two ends is fitted with a firmly integrated rubber ball
- These protect your cable pulley station
- When you let go of the Bumper Bar, these protective bumpers prevent metal-on-metal contact, in case the bar strikes your cable pulley station and would otherwise damage its coating
- In the heat of a workout, training equipment can fall down every now and then
- If no special fitness flooring is available, the rubber ends of our Bumper Bar prove to be extremely floor-friendly
