BOCK | Attachment Adapter for the RAMM Weight Bench

• Adds a receiver for our EVO attachment ecosystem to the RAMM flat bench
• Connects the RAMM to the EVO Leg Option, EVO Arm Option and EVO Leg Blocker
• Adds targeted leg and biceps training to classic flat bench exercises, plus a leg hold-down for the right setups
• Removable adapter, so you can use the bench with or without attachments
• The RAMM still stores upright with the BOCK installed

One Connection Point for Versatile Training

• The BOCK mounts to the dedicated receiver on the RAMM
• The receiver on the RAMM bench frame is for the BOCK only; the EVO training attachments mount via the adapter
• Turns the flat bench into an expandable training platform for different exercises and muscle groups
• More attachments for our weight benches are in development

EVO Leg Option | Leg Extension & Leg Curl

• With the BOCK, you can use the EVO Leg Option on the RAMM
• Adds leg extensions and leg curls to the bench
• Targets your quads and hamstrings

EVO Arm Option & EVO Leg Blocker

• The EVO Arm Option adds a preacher curl pad to the RAMM for targeted biceps training
• The EVO Leg Blocker adds a leg hold-down to your setup
• The BOCK is the link between the RAMM weight bench and these attachments

Installation & Removable Attachment Tube

• Mounts to the dedicated RAMM receiver following the assembly instructions
• Before installing, remove the rubber plugs and the front end cap as described in the instructions
• Insert the BOCK and secure it with four M12 × 20 knurled thumb screws
• The removable attachment tube lets you switch between using the bench with or without the add-on
• Keep the removed cover parts so you can put them back in after taking the BOCK off

Space-Saving Storage

• The RAMM stores upright with or without the BOCK attachment adapter installed
• No need to remove the adapter to store the bench upright
• The RAMM's wheels and chrome handle make it easy to move around your training space
