EPDM Rubber for Durable Surface Performance

  • Independently tested by Germany's largest testing institute.
  • Low odor.
  • High tensile strength: 4.4 MPa.
  • Resistant to drops from sharp-edged or thin weight plates.
  • Drop tested with 90 kg bumper plates from 50 cm height.
  • High material density: 232 kg/m3.
  • High material weight helps keep mats in place without adhesive.
  • UV-resistant.
  • Compatible with radiant floor heating systems.
  • Stable structure at temperatures from 22°C to 85°C.

Two Protective Layers for Maximum Protection

  • Layer 1: 0.8 mm fine granulate: slip-resistant, won't crumble, doesn't absorb water or sweat.
  • Layer 2: 3 mm coarse granulate: Soft, shock-absorbing & sound-dampening.
  • The lower layer is dye-free, leaving no marks on parquet, tile, or laminate.

For Serious Home Gyms and Fitness Spaces

  • Designed for fitness facilities focused on moderate weight training and bodyweight exercises (small gyms, hotels, schools, personal trainers, and rehab facilities).
  • Suitable for outdoor training spaces.
  • Dimensions: 100 x 100 cm.
  • 100 x 100 cm results in minimal seams — ideal for large rooms.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR CUTTING OUR FLOOR PROTECTION MATS

  1. Safety first: Put on suitable work gloves to avoid cuts.
  2. Choose the right tool: a sharp carpet or utility knife and a straight edge.
  3. The surface should be flat and level. You should also use cardboard or similar to protect the floor.
  4. Measure precisely and mark the area to be cut with chalk or lightly score it with the knife.
  5. Place the straight edge and pull the knife firmly through the mat in one motion without lifting. The cut should be made in one smooth movement with even pressure. Repeat until the mat is completely cut through. Spread the mat apart piece by piece while cutting to reduce friction. If needed, moisten the blade with soapy water for smoother gliding — but note that this also increases the risk of slipping.
  6. Cover any gaps between the mats with black tape to prevent dust and dirt from getting in.
