- The cambered design of our EZ curl attachment lets you vary your grip angle and width from exercise to exercise
- That lets you hit your biceps and triceps from slightly different angles
- Choosing your own grip angle also takes a lot of stress off your wrists
- Many lifters can't train pain-free with a straight biceps/triceps bar, whether due to limited mobility or an injury
- With the EZ curl attachment, you can use a pronated or supinated grip (to varying degrees) as well as a close or wide grip
- The built-in swivel lets the bar rotate in your hands, so your wrists aren't overloaded on heavy movements like pullovers
- The bar is also knurled almost end to end
- That gives it a secure feel, so it won't slip out of your hands
- Markings in the center of each grip area help you find your hand position
