- Includes J-Hooks, triangle pull-up bar, and a crossbar that functions as an additional pull-up bar.
- Supports all core barbell lifts, including squats, bench press, and shoulder press.
- Additional space allows use of weight pins or a second set of J-Hooks for efficient exercise transitions.
- Compatible with R8 modular expansions and optional attachments, including safety spotter arms, dip bar, and weight pins.
- Recommended for use with Grip Plates for outdoor training.
