A very stable and solidly built half rack. Assembly is easy with two people. However, the instructions are printed very small in places, and the screw assignments could be clearer – there's room for improvement here. I've been training with it for several weeks now, and it's always a pleasure. Overall, it's a great investment!

What can I say...this rack is simply amazing and definitely a great value for money. Top-notch workmanship, high-quality and cleanly manufactured steel with sufficient strength. Two people were able to assemble it easily. Training with the weight plates is really fun; no more annoying plate loading. The options on the half rack are almost as versatile as on a full rack. The only drawback were the safety spotters, which were somewhat loosely glued to the protective pad. But that's fine. Someone else should try to emulate this service and value for money. Thanks to the atletica team for the great products that have now become my dream home gym!

The squat rack is simply fantastic! The price-performance ratio is fantastic. The J-hooks are sturdy, the spotter arms are solid, and the protection with the beautiful Atletica logo does its job perfectly. The rack is extremely stable – I even stepped on it to test it, and it held up without a problem. The only criticism is the delivery: It took longer than stated, and the shipping company announced its arrival within 15 minutes without any warning. Also, the instructions could be clearer—that took some getting used to. If you have space at home, I can recommend the R8 series. For anyone near Mainz, a visit to the showroom is worthwhile. Honestly, I'd give it 6 stars, because the on-site and online support is simply fantastic!

7. What is the difference between safety straps and spotter arms?

Spotter arms attach, remove, and adjust quickly for flexible training. Safety straps absorb more impact and noise when the bar is dropped. Both ensure safety during heavy barbell work.

8. Are the R7 Squat Racks compatible with all weight benches?

Compatibility depends on the chosen bench and user proportions. With a lat pulldown/row unit installed, extra-long benches like the B2 Fullbody may have limited clearance for incline presses. Benches such as the B4 or the X-Bench, thanks to their design, fit very well in R7 Squat Racks.
