• In the set “MOVE” offered here you will receive in addition to the Fortress Power station the Prime Jammer Arms
• The Jammer Arms can be used to imitate studio equipment such as a chest or shoulder press
• You can also perform pulling movements like the Bent Over Row and train your legs with lunges, deadlifts or squats
• Performing the exercise with Jammer Arms on a fixed movement path prevents cheating, which means the target muscles are reached more effectively
• In addition, the joints are less stressed even when training with heavy weights

Possibility to mount a central, adjustable support element between the front uprights

• In addition to home gym use, Fortress is also ideal for commercial use as it is designed for stability and safety and offers elements such as a Smith machine, vertical leg press and cross-over cable pull
  
• The three attachments leg pad, footrest and chest and back pad can be attached here
• The leg pad serves for stabilization during lat pull-down exercises, the footrest as a stretcher when rowing and the large pad as back support during cable flys or as chest support during bent-over rowing or reverse flys

Vertical leg press

• The power station combines a power rack element with a dual cable pull and a Smith Machine - In addition, it has a leg press module, which in combination with the Smith Machine and a weight bench enables effective leg training
• With this Leg Press Attachment The Multistation can be quickly and easily converted into a vertical leg press
• Training on the leg press has the advantage over free squats that the quadriceps can be more easily isolated and thus trained more effectively
• In addition, the Leg Press Attachment enables leg training with heavy weights while reducing the strain on the spine

Dual cable pull with 360° system and 2 x 90 kg plug-in weights

• The patented Flex-Cross system allows a 360° rotation of the cable mechanism around its own axis and has an additional 180° swivel arm - this allows unlimited flexibility during training
• This means that the cable pull follows the natural movement and does not restrict you even during exercises with a high range of motion
• The 2 x 90 kg weight blocks with a pulley ratio of 1:2 can be used both simultaneously and independently
• For example, in an arm workout with supersets, you can switch between exercises for biceps and triceps on the fly without having to adjust the device or mount a different handle
• Ball bearing pulleys ensure smooth precision
• With the dual pull bar you can use both cables at the same time when doing lat pulldowns or rowing, thus further increasing the range of exercises
• The delivery includes the support pad described above, which can be attached optionally - it ensures a stable setup during exercises such as cable flys or rowing

Variable power station with versatile accessories

• In addition to the regular grip options, the pull-up bar also offers boulder grips, which can be used specifically to strengthen the arm muscles and grip strength
• Integrated band pegs allow the use of resistance bands to vary the strength curve and set new training stimuli
• The Multistation is relatively low at 222 cm and is therefore ideal for rooms with limited ceiling height - the footprint of the station is 183 cm x 144 cm
