  • Hold a grip plate in each hand and walk a set distance. Builds powerful forearms, shoulders, back and core.
Grip Plate Overhead Hold:
  • Stand tall and press a grip plate above your head.  Strengthens your shoulders, arms and promotes a braced, stable core.
Grip Plate Russian Twists:
  • Sit on the floor, brace your core, and hold a Grip Plate in both hands. Lean back and rotate side to side to hit your obliques hard.
Grip Plate Hammer Curls:
  • Hold a grip plate in each hand at your sides and perform hammer curls. This exercise targets the biceps and forearm muscles.
Grip Plate Front Raises :
  • Hold a Grip Plate in front of you with straight arms and lift to shoulder height. Targets the front delts with clean, controlled reps.
Grip Plate Squeeze:
