Terms of Participation – „Move a Nation" Photo Contest

1. Organizer

The organizer of the contest is ATLETICA Deutschland GmbH, Lange Ruthe 14, 55294 Bodenheim, registered in the commercial register of the Mainz Local Court under HRB 50320 (hereinafter „Atletica"). The contest is not associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram.

2. Participation period

The contest takes place during the Battle the Beach event in Rostock-Warnemünde from 21 to 23 August 2026. The deadline for participation is 23 August 2026, 6:00 p.m.

3. Eligibility

Eligible to participate are natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Spain or Portugal. Minors aged 16 and over may participate with the consent of a legal guardian. Employees of Atletica and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation is free of charge and independent of any purchase.

4. Participation

To take part, you must:

1. photograph (or have photographed) a pose of your choice (e.g. squat, pistol, handstand) with the XXL Plate at the Atletica booth,
   
2. follow the official Instagram profiles @atletica.wear and @atletica_de,
   
3. post the photo on your own public Instagram profile (feed or story with a mention),
4. use the hashtag #moveanation and tag @atletica_de & @atletica.wear.

Each person may submit multiple entries; however, each person can only win once. Only photos to which the participating person holds all rights and in which no other people are recognizable without their consent may be submitted.

5. Prize and winner selection

The prize is a shopping credit worth €100, redeemable exclusively for activewear products in the Atletica online shop. The credit is valid from the launch of the Atletica Activewear online shop and can be redeemed within 12 months of the launch; the winner will be informed of the launch date. The best „Move" will be selected after the end of the event by a jury from Atletica (no prize draw; creativity and execution will be assessed). In the event of a tie, the vote of the jury lead decides. The winner will be notified via Instagram (comment or direct message) and may be announced on the Atletica channel. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize is forfeited and Atletica is entitled to designate a replacement. Cash payment, transfer or exchange of the prize is excluded.

6. Usage rights

By participating, the participating person grants Atletica the non-exclusive right, unlimited in time and territory, to share the submitted photo for the purposes of running and communicating the contest on Atletica's social media channels (repost/story) – always naming the Instagram handle. Any advertising use beyond this will only take place with separate consent. The participating person warrants that the photo does not infringe any third-party rights.

7. Data protection

In connection with the contest, Atletica processes personal data (Instagram handle, photo, and where applicable contact details for handling the prize) exclusively for the purpose of running the contest in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. 8. Exclusion and early termination

Atletica reserves the right to exclude participants in the event of a breach of these terms of participation, manipulation, or the submission of inappropriate, offensive or infringing content. Atletica may adjust, interrupt or terminate the contest at any time for good cause.

9. Liability and final provisions

Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
