How long does delivery take?
Once we receive your payment, we can begin processing your order. Delivery within Germany typically takes 3-5 business days, after you receive a shipping confirmation email with further tracking information. However, depending on the season, delivery times can take up to 10 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free within Germany for orders over 200 Euros, while orders under 200 Euros incur a shipping fee of 4.99 Euros. For international deliveries, please check the respective monthly rates in the footer of the page.
