Terms & Conditions – "Move a Nation" Photo Contest

1. Organizer

The contest is organized by ATLETICA Deutschland GmbH, Lange Ruthe 14, 55294 Bodenheim, Germany, registered with the commercial register of the Local Court of Mainz under HRB 50320 (hereinafter "Atletica"). The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Contest Period

The contest takes place during the Battle the Beach event in Rostock-Warnemünde from August 21 to 23, 2026. Entry deadline is August 23, 2026, 6:00 p.m. (CEST).

3. Eligibility

The contest is open to natural persons aged 18 or over residing in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Spain, or Portugal. Minors aged 16 or over may participate with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Employees of Atletica and their immediate family members are excluded. Participation is free of charge and not conditional on any purchase.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

1. strike a pose of their choice (e.g. squat, pistol, handstand) and take a photo with the XXL plate at the Atletica booth,

2. post the photo on their own public Instagram profile (feed post or story with mention),

3. use the hashtag #moveanation and tag @atletica.

Multiple entries per person are allowed; each person may win only once. Participants may only submit photos to which they hold all rights and in which no other persons are identifiable without their consent.

5. Prize and Winner Selection

The prize is a shopping credit worth €100, redeemable exclusively for activewear products in the Atletica online store. The credit becomes valid upon the launch of the Atletica activewear online store and can be redeemed within 12 months of the launch date; the winner will be informed of the launch date. The best "move" will be selected by an Atletica jury after the event ends (no random draw; entries are judged on creativity and execution). In the event of a tie, the head of the jury casts the deciding vote. The winner will be notified via Instagram (comment or direct message) and may be announced on the Atletica channel. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize is forfeited and Atletica may select an alternative winner. Cash payment, transfer, or exchange of the prize is excluded.

6. Rights of Use

By entering, the participant grants Atletica a non-exclusive right, unlimited in time and territory, to share the submitted photo on Atletica's social media channels (repost/story) for the purpose of running and communicating the contest, always crediting the participant's Instagram handle. Any further advertising use requires separate consent. The participant warrants that the photo does not infringe any third-party rights.

7. Data Protection

Atletica processes personal data (Instagram handle, photo, and contact details for prize fulfillment if applicable) solely for the purpose of running the contest in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data will be deleted after the contest concludes, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Further information: [link to privacy policy].

8. Disqualification and Early Termination

Atletica reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these terms, manipulate the contest, or submit inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content. Atletica may amend, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time for good cause.

9. Liability and Final Provisions

Any legal recourse is excluded. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
