TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

1. Organizer

The organizer of the giveaway is ATLETICA Deutschland GmbH, Görresstr. 5, 55131 Mainz, registered in the commercial register of the Mainz Local Court under HRB 50320 (hereinafter "ATLETICA"). The giveaway is run on ATLETICA's Instagram channel (@atletica_de) in cooperation with the cycling team Team Lotto Kern-Haus PSD Bank.

2. Participation Period

The giveaway begins on 04.08.2026 and ends on Sunday, 09.08.2026, at 23:59 (CEST). What matters for timeliness is the receipt of your entry on Instagram. Entries received after the end of the participation period will not be considered.

3. How to Take Part

To take part in the giveaway, the following steps are required within the participation period:

• Follow the Instagram accounts @atletica_de and @lottokernhausoutletmontabaur.
• Like the giveaway post.
• In a comment under the giveaway post, tag the person you would like to go to the event with.

Optionally, and without any effect on your chances of winning, you can also share the giveaway post in your Instagram story.

Multiple entries are possible: every additional comment in which you tag a different person counts as an additional entry. Participation is free and not dependent on the purchase of a product.

4. Eligibility to Participate

Eligible to participate are natural persons resident in Germany who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation and have a genuine, publicly visible Instagram account.

Excluded from participation are employees of ATLETICA Deutschland GmbH and of Team Lotto Kern-Haus PSD Bank, all persons involved in organizing the giveaway, and their respective family members. The use of fake accounts, automated services (bots), or other unfair means will result in exclusion.

5. Prize

Up for grabs are 2 VIP tickets for the prologue of the Deutschland Tour on Wednesday, 19 August 2026, in Bad Orb. The winner receives both tickets and can bring one companion. Travel, transport, accommodation, and catering are not included in the prize and must be covered by the winner themselves.

A cash payout, exchange, or transfer of the prize to third parties is excluded. In particular, the tickets may not be sold, auctioned, or otherwise passed on commercially or for a fee; in the event of a breach, ATLETICA is entitled to withdraw the prize. The companion must also be of legal age.

6. Determining the Winner and Notification

The winner will be determined at random from among all valid entries on Monday, 10.08.2026, and then notified by Instagram direct message from the account @atletica_de. The conditions of participation – in particular the minimum age and residence in Germany – will be checked as part of the notification and must be proven on request. If the drawn person does not meet the conditions, does not prove them, or does not respond within 3 days of receiving the notification, the claim to the prize lapses; in that case, a new winner will be drawn.

Official notification is made exclusively via the account @atletica_de. At no point during the giveaway does ATLETICA request any payment or the disclosure of access data.

7. Liability

ATLETICA is liable in accordance with the statutory provisions. In the case of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage; otherwise it is excluded. The respective organizer is responsible for carrying out the event (prologue); in this respect, ATLETICA assumes no warranty.

8. Early Termination and Modification of the Giveaway

ATLETICA reserves the right to cancel, end, or modify the giveaway in whole or in part for good cause, in particular if proper implementation can no longer be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. No claims arise for participants as a result.

9. Exclusion of Participants

ATLETICA is entitled to exclude participants from the giveaway in the event of a breach of these Terms of Participation, in the event of manipulation or attempted manipulation, or in the event of the use of unfair means. In such cases, prizes already awarded may also be revoked retroactively and reclaimed.

10. Data Protection

The controller for data processing within the meaning of the DSGVO is ATLETICA Deutschland GmbH, Görresstr. 5, 55131 Mainz, Germany, tel.: +49 6131 4932391, email: service@atletica.de. As our external data protection officer, we have appointed TÜV SÜD Akademie GmbH, Westendstraße 160, 80339 München, reachable at service@atletica.de.

As part of the giveaway, we process in particular your Instagram username and your giveaway entry (comment) in order to run the giveaway, check the conditions of participation, and determine the winner. In the event of a win, we additionally process your name, contact details, and – where necessary – address for notification and delivery of the prize. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

Participation takes place via Instagram; in addition, the terms of use and privacy policy of Instagram or Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. apply. To announce the winner, we may name or link the respective Instagram username. Use of the data for advertising or marketing purposes beyond this takes place only on a separate legal basis, in particular with your consent under Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

After the giveaway and prize handling are complete, we delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for the stated purposes. Data of the winner as well as documents relating to prize handling may additionally be stored insofar as this is required due to commercial or tax retention obligations or for the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

You have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and a right to object; there is also a right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. 11. No Connection to Instagram / Meta

The giveaway is in no way connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and is neither sponsored, supported, nor organized by them. ATLETICA is solely responsible for the giveaway. All questions, notices, or complaints regarding the giveaway are to be directed to ATLETICA and not to Instagram or Meta.

12. Applicable Law and Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions in the participating person's country of residence conflict with this. Should any provision of these Terms of Participation be or become wholly or partly invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Recourse to the courts is excluded.
