STEEL AND CONSTRUCTION
High quality steel alloy
• The durability of a rack is determined by the metal processing. Our upright posts and crossbars are subjected to acid dipping for additional activation of the metal surface. • The advantage: Embrittlement of vulnerable components such as floors or composite elements is significantly reduced.
Zinc-iron metal protection
• The metal of the R8 series has been additionally refined with a 4µm thin zinc-iron layer.
• This enables use in damp rooms that are not exposed to direct rain, such as carports or outdoor areas with roofs.
Stable construction
• The steel construction of a power rack is crucial for reducing wobbling and shaking as well as for overall stability during training.
• We only use 3mm thick steel profiles on 75mm square tubes, which enables an optimal ratio of stability and price/performance.
• The ATLETICA R8 power racks are therefore suitable for professional use in cross-training boxes as well as for the demanding home gym.
High precision of hole diameters
• Docking attachments to any power rack requires the utmost precision. Even the smallest inaccuracies in the millimeter or micrometer range lead to inaccurate attachment of attachments and to a slight but noticeable jerking during training.
• The R8 Power Racks are laser cut on the latest TRUMPF machines, enabling the highest level of precision.

Floor protection included
• We are the only manufacturer to offer our power racks with integrated floor protection.
• The base feet are covered with a rubber-plastic cover, which can also be removed if required. The advantages:
- Better grip on the ground when not screwed
- Increased floor protection and prevention of scratches
- The rubber-plastic cover can be removed if the rack is to be anchored to the floor. The floor anchors included as standard can be used to anchor the rack to the floor.
