R5 Boost Power Rack basic equipment

• A chrome adapter is included that allows you to downsize weights from 50 mm to 30 mm
• The pins in the rear section of the Power Rack can hold an average of 5 to 10 weight plates per side
• The sturdy steel and aluminium construction is stable and durable with its 126 kg net weight
• The R5 is built from square tubing with an edge length of 50 mm and a steel thickness of 2 mm - the hole diameter is 25 mm
• The frame has been tested to 700 kg and provides enough stability even for demanding and heavy powerlifting exercises.
• With the Power Cage's maximum load capacity of 700 kg, the required load capacity for floors in apartments is not exceeded.
• Unlike rigid steel safety arms (pin pipes), the safety straps can be attached to the Power Cage at different heights
• This lets you protect your head or neck during bench press if the barbell slips out of your hands for a moment
  
• The load limit per strap (per side) is 550 kg and similar versions are used in industrial cranes
• The Power Rack frame depth of 168 cm is enough to fit a complete incline bench inside the rack
• The Power Cage is 118 cm wide and is therefore ideal for easy racking of Olympic barbells, but also specialty bars with an inner dimension of 123 cm and more

Power Rack accessories

• With the Jammer Arms, you can perform basic exercises like bench press, shoulder press and squats without a barbell
• The Jammer Arms can be used independently of each other, making them ideal for unilateral exercises and for correcting muscular imbalances

• The Jammer Arms are mounted so that they only move along a fixed circular path

• The lat pulldown can be used with both 30 mm and 50 mm weights
• The rear column is made entirely of chrome and is therefore resistant to impacts and scratches
• The second cable pulley at the lower end of the lat pulldown can be used in many ways for biceps curls, triceps exercises and rowing
• The included 32 mm triceps bar comes with knurling for better grip
• The plate-loaded lat pulldown and rowing unit transfer the weight without loss
• The optional leg blocker allows you to perform heavy pull-ups on the lat pulldown machine
