- Removable weight bench – in training mode it is firmly fixed to the cable pulley station with 2 pins
- Extremely versatile and very space-saving cable pulley station with the same dimensions and quality as our R7 Power Racks
- Thanks to its special design, it can be used efficiently against a straight wall or in room corners
- Row bench with stable footrests, so rowing exercises can be performed at a comfortable seated height instead of sitting on the floor
- The gear ratio of the lat and row pulley is 1:1 – so 100% of the selected weight reaches the handle
- At 125 kg, the weight stack is generously sized and offers optimal resistance for almost every performance level
- For cable crossover exercises, the weight bench can be removed with two handles, giving you unrestricted space in front of the station for exercises like cable flys, reverse flys or face pulls
- On one of the 18 (Low 16) laser-engraved height points, you can always adjust the guide pulleys to the optimal starting position
- The dual cable pulley has a 1:2 gear ratio
- In combination with the weight stack, the finest load increases are possible (5 kg steps)
- You can perform pull-ups or calisthenics exercises on the Multi-Grip Chin Up Bar in 4 different grip variations
- 6 storage hooks on the uprights for storing pull handles, resistance bands or training belts – at the same time, R7 attachments like Jammer Arms or J-Hooks can also be stored here
